The most convenient way to arrive in Nizhny Novgorod from abroad is by plane via Moscow.
Planes from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod leave from the Sheremetyevo airport . If you arrive at a different airport in Moscow or are planning to stay in Moscow for some time, you can use the metro, which can be reached by Aeroexpress trains, or by taxi (use the Uber application or call +7(495)255-25-54 or +7(495)255-16-19 ).
Another way to come to Nizhny Novgorod from Moscow is by train. The trains depart from Kursky and Yaroslavsky railway stations, which can also be reached by Aeroexpress trains or metro.
If you are planning to arrive in Nizhny Novgorod well in advance of the ship’s departure, you can book rooms in one of the hotels in the city, for example, in “Diplomat”, “Ibis” or any other.
If you arrive in Nizhny Novgorod on the morning or afternoon of 16.07.2017 and are not going to stay in a hotel, you can leave your luggage with the Organizing Committee of the Conference and have a tour around the city on your own.
The ship will be available for boarding starting midnight 17.07.2017.
In any case, please, inform the Organizing Committee about the way and time of your arrival in Nizhny Novgorod in advance to let us make more specific arrangements.
