Presenter information

Oral presentations

• The contributed talks will be 15 min long (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A).  Kindly make sure to stay within the allocated time slot.
• The plenary and invited talks will be 30 min long (25 min talk + 5 min Q&A).  Kindly make sure to stay within the allocated time slot.
• All lecture halls will be equipped with presentation projectors and PCs suitable for Power Point (Office 2007 or higher) and PDF presentations.

Poster presentations

• Poster boards provided at the venue are 100 cm wide and 120 cm high, suitable for size A1 landscape & portrait and A0 portrait.
• Material to mount your poster will be available at poster halls
